We are in this for the long haul. It is challenging to haul something heavy across a surface. Friction causes heaviness. Rise above the differences in texture and there is no friction. We see you from above. We can help you from this spaceless place where there is no friction. [...]

There comes a time when you need to step back and evaluate, “How is that working for you?” You often know long before you make that pause that this certain way of doing things is not working, and yet you persist. Why? For to change may cause pain. To change [...]

Are you willing to try a new way of doing things? Trust us: the world will give you feedback immediately. This is the way of things in a reality in which the body is a barometer and an instrument of voicing opinions, pointing out better ways, and running away when [...]

We are making up for lost time. Do you not say this from time to time? Look how you are ruled by the concept of two hands that chase each other around the face of a clock in quite a mechanistic race of getting nowhere. Do not make up for [...]

Taking sides causes finger pointing. Taking sides is the human way. And where are there no sides? Within a circle. And what does the circle represent? Complete oneness and unity. Such a concept makes no sense to one who is in a box. Such a concept makes sense only when [...]

Disdain is a form of judgment. You call it “looking down your nose” for good reason. When you feel yourself higher than another and look down upon them, you are not seeing eye to eye. You may not always agree with another at the human level, but at the deepest [...]

You may grow discouraged as you see your fellow human beings treat each other badly. When will the brutality end? When you cross the veil, dear one. But do not leave yet. You came into a body for the fullness of the experience, which includes trying out all the ways [...]

There may be days when you sense spirits such as your guides and loved ones quite easily and days when you feel disconnected. Energy flows in cycles, dear one. Flow with it. You cannot force a connection. The line is always open, but your energy centers may not be as [...]

As long as humans point fingers and hurl insults at each other, you will point and hurl rockets as well. Do you not see that man fights man out of ignorance? If you all realized you are souls who come here to express as much of your Light as possible [...]

You know who you are as a soul playing a human role. You know the greater reality is real, and yet, you ask for signs. And yet, you are stunned when the signs appear quite clearly. And yet, you exclaim with Joy when you cannot deny you are part of [...]

Things change. People change. You change. When you cling to the past, you suffer. Picture a swimmer in a river resisting the flow. They cling to a branch filled with fright. You do not know what is around the bend. Cease clinging and trust the River of L.I.F.E. at a [...]

You may not be used to the latest technology. You are used to doing it the old way. You know that new ways of communicating exist, but it is easier to rely on what you are familiar with. Do you realize we could be talking about the physical world as [...]

Do you not have different shapes to which you give meaning? Circles of wholeness, squares of boundaries. Study your geometry and how it can be used to design with meaning. Arcs and lines. Feminine and masculine. Balance, harmony … expressed through shape just as you see it in nature. Even [...]

Energy is all-important, most especially how it flows. The mind stagnates with lack of movement just as much as the body. You do not have to run a marathon to reap the benefits of movement. Greet a tree. Go for a walk and talk to the sky, and while you’re [...]

Distractions abound, and this is the challenge. You can flit from one thing to the next, wanting to accomplish a task, but get pulled in another direction mid-way through. Focus, dear one, this is the key. Set the intention to keep the focus on the task while widening the lens [...]

Talk to them. They hear you. Is this not what we have been telling you about those you love who have crossed the veil? They hear you because their reality interpenetrates your own. You cannot see them for they are living Life on a different channel as you would understand [...]

Collaboration. What does this mean? Working in concert with others for a greater outcome. Do you like our use of the word “concert”? A soloist can give a concert, but is it not a more full experience to have more than one player flowing and interacting? You and all others [...]

Are you feeling stressed? Then resistance is present. If there were no resistance, you would simply be flowing. “But so much is going on!” you exclaim, and even with much on your plate there can be flow. Have you seen a skillful tennis player? They can return however many balls [...]

Dolphins communicate through clicks and sounds you would not recognize as words. What is communication? It is an exchange of information which can happen through means other than verbal interaction. Keep this in mind as you seek communication with those you love who have passed from their bodies. You need [...]

Blessings are all around you if you will set the intention to see them. You thought it was a matter of taking time to smell the roses? First you must notice the roses. Once you set your mind on something, you are drawn to it like a dog to its [...]

Do you know that when you ask for favors from up above what you are doing is stating and setting an intention? In your request is an inherent desire to manifest a certain outcome. And what if you manifest that together rather than believing you are dependent upon some higher [...]

You escape this reality by watching dramas with actors on a stage. For a while you forget who you are. Do you know that you can also escape this reality by going into the silence? From there you can watch yourself like an actor on a stage, but with a [...]

Before you were born, I AM. Currently, in whatever state of awareness you find yourself, I AM. Long after the body no longer functions, I AM. What do these two words mean to you? You do not even need to put it into words for there is a part of [...]

Step by step you move forward. Once you have a goal, you may move out rather smartly, missing details along the way. What if you pay attention not only to the next step, but to the space in between each one? “Oh my, that would take a lot of presence,“ [...]

Just when you think you know it all, have heard it all, have nothing more to learn, life gifts you a surprise. There is no end to the learning, beautiful soul, for all of L.I.F.E. Is evolving. There will always be more to learn as more is created, more is [...]

What if you died today and met your loved ones face to face? Those who have done so in what you call your Near Death Experience and came back to share their stories assure you this is what happens. And why did they come back? At the soul level, they [...]

You flow in a river of possibilities, making choices moment by moment, many of which you are unaware. The path of least resistance will always be the optimum choice, yet while fixated on you as a separate drop of water, you may run up against rocks or try to swim [...]

A wound will heal itself if you leave it alone. Yes, you can put cream on to avoid infection. You may cover it to avoid bumps that bother it. What is happening? You are allowing new skin to grow. What a process, the way the body heals. Do you know [...]

Happy and harmonious. Is that not what you wish for all to be, most especially you? And if you are not, how easily do you blame it on others or circumstances? “What else is there?” you may ask, and we can tell you that the answer is as close as [...]

“Why does this keep happening to me?” you ask in frustration. And we reply, “Could it be that “this” is happening FOR you?” If you are going round and round going nowhere, then you have not paused for an intermission and stepped off the stage. Do not forget how easy [...]
