The soul does not wish to be put in a box. And what happens when you take the lid off of a box in which a burning light is shining? The light disperses, without dimming within its boundaries. And so it is with the light of your soul, dear one. [...]

There is much more to energy medicine and energy psychology than you may realize. Where there is stagnation, there is lethargy and a sense of disconnection. And what is it you seek? Why, connection, flow, and yes, Joy! Look into modalities that you may have scoffed at. Investigate this Life [...]

Do not grow concerned if your connection to loved ones across the veil waxes and wanes. Do you not see this in nature as well, with the waxing and waning of the moon, the coming and going of weather patterns? All experience flows. Less conscious animals do not worry if [...]

Roses are considered the most romantic of flowers—a symbol of love and devotion. Why is this so? It is nigh unto impossible for one who is open to gaze upon a rose, to smell its delicate sense, and  to not feel a stirring within. There is something about beauty . [...]

Do you know the phrase, “in the world but not of it”? It would serve you well to examine what this means. How can it be? It is nonsensical if you think you are only human. To a materialist, there is only one world. To one who has tasted eternity [...]

Yes, your loved ones in spirit grow as do you here in the earth experience. But they do not age. There is a difference. The body ages for a reason. There are only so many experiences a being in a body can have before it is time to start anew. [...]

If you encounter a new object unlike any you have ever seen or used, puzzlement ensues. You know it serves some purpose, but you are not sure what that is, and so you use it in a way that resembles other like objects you have used in the past, but [...]

You go on vacation to get away from it all. Whilst in that vacation state you change your role for a while. You relax. You have fun. You try new things, and then, it is back to the rat race. It can be like that in day to day life [...]

Like a beacon in the night … one whose inner light shines unimpeded stands out in a crowd. You all carry wounds, for humans hurt each other, intentionally or not. But there are those among you who know that the human side exists there alongside the soul, which is eternal. [...]

You are a team, you and your guides. You work together. They can give you all the advice in the world, but if you do not follow it, well then ... “What if I do not hear their advice?” you ask, and we tell you that it need not be [...]

It is fear that keeps you stuck. You are unhappy in a situation yet you are comfortable there. You would rather remain unhappy than to make choices which will undoubtedly create change. Do you not know that all in the human life changes constantly? You can sit back clinging to [...]

Competition has its benefits. It helps you to grow and strengthen your skills, but it also has its drawbacks. There are winners and losers, and yet, have you not watched your sports competitions and known that all are winners? For a while you set aside this awareness until one outplays [...]

How will you be remembered? We speak not of what loved ones will say when you depart from this world to enter the next. How will you be remembered when you depart from one room to the next? From one house to the next? From the presence of one person [...]

Perhaps you grow tired of these messages. And perhaps you grow tired of many things in life, which is precisely why these messages come day after day:  to remind you that Love In Full Expression is more than the mundane, more than the pain, more than more and more the [...]

You can have a conversation with those who have passed. Please do have a reason other than the thrill of it, although that will result when you experience the realization that the connection is real. Hold the intention that your connection with one who is no longer in a body [...]

And so, you are disappointed. Something you expected to happen did not happen or unfolded in a way you did not want. The human aspect of your deeper self feels disappointment, but there is a part of you—yes, the deeper self—that knows that the way LIFE unfolds leads to opportunities [...]

If you wish to alleviate your grief, be of service. Yes, you are in great emotional pain, and it grows no better by focusing upon it. Your thoughts and memories can hold you prisoner to the past and present. The present can become lighter when you acknowledge what is and [...]

You have a conversation in the mind. It seems to be more than simply your own thoughts. There is a back and forth … a repartee’ of sorts with an exchange of information you would not have expected. And this, dear one, is how you begin to understand that you [...]

“What can I learn from this person?” This is a most excellent question to ask when you meet another, be they what in human terms you consider superior or inferior. Oh, these terms that separate. By asking, “What can I learn from this person?” you dissolve thoughts of superior and [...]

Cycles. All of life follows them. You experience a period of heightened connection, thinking it is the new norm, and then the connection drops off a bit. Do not be discouraged. Each time you cycle, you go a bit higher, for these are not closed cycles when referring to the [...]

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. What does this mean to you? It means that what you know as solid will be transformed. It is the way of the world of matter. And just as a tree sheds its leaves to prepare for winter and then for new growth, you [...]

Disdain is a form of judgment. You call it “looking down your nose” for good reason. When you feel yourself higher than another and look down upon them, you are not seeing eye to eye. You may not always agree with another at the human level, but at the deepest [...]

There is an element of being that will greatly increase your enjoyment of this challenging life in human form that you have chosen. What is it, you wonder? Why, it is wonder, itself. Wonder occurs when you notice the often miraculous ways the web of connections reveal themselves, and in [...]

There are those whose behavior may repel you. They need your love more than others. There are those with whom you may not resonate. They need your understanding more than ever. There are those who speak in ways that are not kind. They need your compassion more than most. Why [...]

You are still breathing for a reason. There is more of LIFE* to experience. Whether or not you get the most out of it and find pleasure is not completely dependent upon external factors. You are a being with the rare ability to find meaning and make choices. Pain is [...]

Signs come from loved ones in many ways. There are those that seem external to you—synchronicities and the like. And there are thoughts and the feeling of presence that come from within. And what does the human brain cause you to say? “I just making this up.” Yet the soul [...]

Blessings be upon you. What does this mean? At the deepest sense, the greatest blessing is for the veil blocking your awareness that you are connected to all that is enough that you no longer feel fear or angst or division. These are byproducts of forgetting you are a direct [...]

Can you control your thoughts? To a point, but try to stop them and what happens? They keep coming. You may not be able to control them, but there is one thing that you can do, dear soul:  observe them. Were you only the mind and body, you would be [...]

When you don’t know what to say, say nothing. The brain wishes to fill in the silence and the blanks. The soul knows that simply being present and coherent is healing. Be present with those who are hurting. Often, a well-intentioned word or more can be misinterpreted by one [...]

What is an analogy or a metaphor but a way to explain something that is challenging to wrap your head around. Now, do you actually wrap your head around anything? Not in a literal sense, of course, and neither are analogies literal, but they are most useful to understand concepts [...]
