No challenge is too great when you access the Level of All Awareness. Your challenges arise at the Level of Relativity, which you know as the physical world. All solutions arise from the Sea of Possibilities, where all exists in potential. To access that vast ocean of potential you must [...]

You have all the resources you need at your fingertips. Hold out your hand and look at those fingers. Now move them until they point at your heart. That is where you get in touch with the greatest Source of guidance available to you. Some of you have amassed quite [...]

There is nothing wrong with you. You are a work in progress in a world where all is relative. As you continually compare yourself with others, you will feel good or bad, right or wrong, good enough or not good enough. This is relativity. And what of the real you [...]

Temptations will always come before you. When you feel the quickening in the stomach area—that flurry of excitement—beware. This is most often a physical reaction caused very much by the ego. If you can pause long enough to ask yourself why you have such a sudden desire laced with excitement, [...]

Broad shoulders .. this is a term you use for one who is able to carry a large burden. Do you think that some of you have narrow shoulders? It is true that you are never given more than you can handle. Yes, you may crumble under the weight of [...]

When terror strikes at any level, know that there is a state of awareness—a level of being—where there is no terror, no fear, but pure awareness … and we will meet you there. Go there often throughout your day when the lower vibrations of living amongst the walking dead brings [...]

Pay close attention to your emotions and your body. Why are you defensive? What are you defending so fiercely? Always with defensiveness there is a lesson. When you cling to something so tightly, be it a thought, a belief system, a thing, or a person, and in defending it you [...]

Do not ascribe meaning to every ache and pain. Yes, there are underlying causes for many ailments, and yes, there are generalities that can be made about messages that various parts of the body send you when there is an injury. Does it have a lesson for you? Then note [...]

The end is never the end. It is merely a starting point for a new go-around, a new experience, a new opportunity, a new cycle. When you can see life as an ongoing, never-ending cycle of cycles, you will not cling so tightly to your experiences, but flow with them. [...]

Wake up! There is so much to see! Wake up! You have slumbered long enough! Is this not what your heart has been whispering to you for so long that now it has become an unrelenting shout that you can no longer ignore? You have no choice but to listen. [...]

Platitudes … these are words you say from the mouth but not from the heart. A sensitive recipient can feel the difference. If you are going to take the time to open your mouth, then connect your words with your heart and what emerges from your lips will have a [...]

Picture your boxers in a ring. Round and round they go throwing punches until one of them goes to the mat and stays there. And with this so-called victory, you declare the one left standing a winner. At the human level you understand this. It is called competition. At the [...]

How many story lines do you have going on at once? How many roles? Each of them is like a string going out from your head, where many of you think the real you resides. In truth, if you follow those lines back to their source, what will you find? [...]

Fear can be debilitating. Look at this word, debilitating: taking away your abilities. Fear is not real. It is a construct of the mind, a protective measure of the ego, which is a construct of consciousness. Your real abilities lie in your essential nature as a beautiful, eternal soul whose [...]

There are two sides to every coin, just as there are two sides to you.  We are not speaking of the opposites such as good and bad, happy or sad.  Whilst in human form you have the aspect of you that is spirit and the side that is human.  Call [...]

Create an environment of peace. Are you surrounded by clutter? This is felt energetically by the body. There is energetic coherence in order. Is your life feeling a bit chaotic? Look around at your home, and your workplace, and your mode of transportation. Are they chaotic as well? Just as [...]

See the new puppy. He barks at all who approach him. What causes this? It is a protective measure, for he feels frightened and unsure. It is a built-in survival reaction. You have this same reaction built into you. It is part and parcel of the ego and of the [...]

Have you even thought about breathing in the last few however-many-units of time? Of course you are aware of it now that we have brought it to your attention, but before that? Who or what was breathing you? The scientists in the crowd will say something like, “the brain” or [...]

Time is an artifice. You thought it was a certain time on your clock, only to discover that through an act of man called “turning back the clocks” you have just “gained” an hour. So, we ask you, how real is time? How malleable? You have just gained an hour, [...]

A cauldron … is that not what you call a stew-like pot used by so-called witches to concoct potions and brews for some purpose … to cast a spell, perhaps? Like all stories, witches and their cauldrons are metaphors. You have a cauldron in your head into which you toss [...]

We are so proud of you. You felt our nudge to awaken … that gentle hand that reached out, touched your heart, and said, “Come my dear, it is time to wake up.” There are things to experience, lessons to be learned, joy to be had, love to give and [...]

Hands holding dove and olive branch Sorrow comes at a price … the price of freedom. Sorrow is more than sadness. It is grief mixed with regret. We wish you to know that it is never too late to say something that your heart wishes to express. Even [...]

“That is mine,” you say, and with this assertion you continually cut yourself off from others, drawing a line. Do you not know a singer who proclaims, “Nothing I have is truly mine?” and she is correct, except for the ground of all being, which is consciousness, and even that [...]

Flat as a pancake. This is how your explorers envisioned your Earth in days of yore, and so they did not dare to venture beyond the horizon. Once they discovered that they lived upon a spherical globe, why, then they were free. But even that did not hold inquiring minds [...]

The sky is blue. Or is it? Or is this the result of tricks of the eyes, reflections of light that make it appear so? What is real? Nothing and everything. Be cautious when using the eyes and other senses to interpret the world. Therein lies the illusion of which [...]

“Think before you speak.” This is good advice, but there is even better: “Feel before you think.” And then, put the two together, thinking and feeling, and realize that even these will always be part of a story you have bought into about the one known as you interacting with [...]

Why do you become so frustrated when you have plans and they do not go as planned? It is called inflexibility, my friend. Blame it all on others, if you like. Were you alone on an island, even then a coconut could fall on your head and from your perspective [...]

There is naught but Consciousness, and you are That. Everything else is filler. So yes, even the filler is consciousness, but all of the chatter in the brain is consciousness run amok as a result of free will. The paradox is, you must surrender the gift of free will to [...]

Who are you? Are you a mother, brother, a sister, a father? To have such a role requires another, does it not? And then what happens when that other passes? If there is no more child, then in your belief system, you cease to be a mother, and if there [...]
