Yours is a hierarchical society. We are not speaking only of organizations like your military forces where rank is well defined or your corporations where there are clearly delineated leaders and followers. Why, even your families have their hierarchies. Yes, of course you can see a need for such [...]

Behold! There is much beauty in your world. Yes, and there is much that is not in alignment with beauty as well. This is the way of it in a world of duality. Would you like to experience more beauty? Look for it, dear one. Do not wait for it [...]

You know the feeling of being stared at. You turn to look, and indeed, eyes are focused upon you. Perhaps now you will understand this force referred to as intuition. It is indeed a sixth sense, born of the fact that energy is being exchanged whether you can measure it [...]

Here we are again. Another day, another message. And will they ever end? Will you? No, dear one. You will change day by day, for that is the way of LIFE, but messages, insights, guidance are part of the fullness. Of course, you might think you could flow through LIFE [...]

And so, you lie in bed unable to sleep. Perhaps you fight it for a while, and that is understandable. Sleep is important. But perhaps there is something more important at the moment for you to hear. Set boundaries with those in spirit. Tell them you need your sleep, but [...]

Do you feel different when you dress in what you call your casual clothes vs. dressy? Why, of course you do, for you give meaning to the two. It is not simply cultural, for even if you see those of a different culture ensconced in unusual attire, you would feel [...]

Why do you share news with others? Why, for the same reason that you exist. There exists an infinite sea of consciousness that can be either completely at rest or arising and subsiding as waves. Why arise at all, if not for the experience of “waving.” The sea could remain [...]

Yes, it is good to pray. You are harnessing consciousness in a way that acknowledges that you are part of something greater and that greater things happen when you acknowledge this truth and turn beyond the limited self for assistance and succor. And is there a better way to pray? [...]

Believe. “In what?” you may ask. In things you cannot see. You do not see the roots of a tree or a flower. You do not see the heart and lungs that keep you experiencing life in a body. Now believe that you can live without that body. Life is [...]

Yes, you came here to do things, but the doing is simply a vehicle for experience. You are here for the experience of being LOVE … In Full Expression. So, look about you now and then, why don’t you? Pause from all the “doing” inherent in having the human experience [...]

Yes, you were born this way. And what way is that? Open to information arising in awareness. Open to sensations bubbling up as if from the body, but that is only because your focus is drawn there. What if all is not as it seems? What if all that you [...]

Why do you ooh and aah when you see babies, puppies, kittens, and other young creatures? For there is a state of innocence that instantly resonates with the soul. It is not simply cuteness, as you would know it. It is a recognition of the truth within you—a state [...]

Here we are, higher beings ready to assist all of you. You asked for a message and here it is. How does this happen? If it did not serve the greater good, it would not be happening. If you did not hold a strong and clear intention, it would not [...]

Death need not frighten you. It is much like falling asleep. And what happens when you sleep? Why you continue to have experiences in consciousness that you call dreams. The body is asleep, yet there is an aspect of you that remains active, awake, and experiencing. The body need [...]

“What is it I’m not seeing?” This is a question you would be well served to ask not just in an off-handed way, but deliberately directed to higher consciousness. The very definition of human consciousness is “restricted awareness.” You at the soul level are consciousness experiencing itself in a more [...]

Yes, it is true: when the body is in pain or ailing or when you are dealing with greater human challenges than normal, it is challenging to feel your soul connection with all that is. You may try to meditate and feel disconnected. You may struggle to hear the inner [...]

Not all people think or act alike. You are all divine emanations of the one light of consciousness projecting itself through unique lenses. If one with whom you are in relationship does not speak or act or appear in a way that you expect or relate to, it may well [...]

Why do you hesitate to make the first move? When at a gathering, do you hold back or walk up to another with a warm greeting? If the former, then perhaps you are exhibiting learned behavior that is part and parcel of being in a human body. You have learned [...]

You never stop learning, for what is learning but experiencing L.I.F.E. in ways you have not done so in the past and changing your beliefs or actions accordingly. Do you know that the human only knows through contrast? Therefore, do not eschew change and differences. They are how you as [...]

There is more than one way to take on a project. Perhaps you are hitting a dead end, or you cannot even get off the starting block. Why does the idea of your project continue to arise in awareness? Do you truly feel you are meant to accomplish it, but [...]

Do you know that often Spirit uses you? Yes, at times you may pray, “Make me your instrument” (and if not, we would most highly recommend you do so to find greater Joy), and Spirit responds to your request. How does this happen? Why, those who know you best in [...]

Perhaps you have heard it said that you are never given more than you can handle, and perhaps you have resisted this thought. Do be aware that anger is a very real reaction when information contrasts greatly with personal beliefs. Now, how could one come to believe that you are [...]

Have we not told you that awakening is realizing a state of fullness that cannot be contained? Yes, you achieve this state from time to time, but there is no need to hold it at all times. You are here for the fullness of Love In Full Expression, which includes [...]

You are not your body. What you call your body is an experience of Awareness. The world around you is an experience within Awareness. Why do we capitalize this word, Awareness? For it is your most essential quality. It belongs to you and is shared and belongs to all other [...]

What is a story, but a narrative that connects moments in time with meaning. If there were no meaning between experiences, the story would make so sense. Understand that the mind creates meaning. There is no inherent meaning in an event until a mind creates this. Now, understanding the way [...]

You came here to live and to live fully. Why? For LIFE is Love In FULL Expression. We are not saying that you came here to do, do, do. It is quite helpful to balance doing with being, but add a bit of spice to the doing while you are [...]

Do you remember Morse code? Perhaps not, for you no longer need it for communications, but it is a valid, basic form of conveying information. Your body can be used quite nicely as a form of communication from those in the non-physical realms. They do not need words to speak, [...]

Your outer world is out of balance? Then, it is highly likely that your inner world is as well. You can take actions to balance the outer world as far as your reach extends. Begin with disarray in your dwelling, your vehicle, your workspace. Good. Now, how far does your [...]

The one and the many. This is an important phrase to contemplate. You are one individuated being among many others and yet you are part of one field of Awareness. The many can be grouped into many ones. One family, one team, one nation, one humanity. Did you know that [...]

Soften, why don’t you. “Oh, but softness is weakness!” you declare, and there you err. Your true essence is neither soft nor hard. Your true essence is simply being . . . Here, Now, Aware Awareness. And from this aware state, all experience arises. When you are in a protective, [...]
