You wait for a certain event to pass with great anticipation. When the time comes, it is not as you anticipated at all. You call this anticlimactic. You expected a climactic event, and the event itself was less than that. Now we ask you to go back to each moment [...]
You think that others are your greatest challenge—dealing with less than ideal situations and less than the highest vibrations. Do you not yet see that others have nothing to do with your own low vibrations? They are aids to your growth, tools to help you in your soul's advancement. Do [...]
Simon Says. Do you remember this game? Whatever Simon said, you were to do, and you did it without question. As you grew older, you outgrew this game and you began to question. This is when ego truly began to take over. That is the sign of separation: digging in [...]

The fruit on the branches hangs low—so low you can pluck it with no struggle. "Low hanging fruit"—an expression you have for those things in life which are easy to harvest and well at hand. God is like that—there all around you waiting to be harvested. This may sound strange [...]
"I love you" – the three most important words you can say. Fully charged words are these—charged with emotion and a bit of fear. What if the recipient of these words does not instantly repeat them back? It means nothing, really, for what goes out from the heart always comes [...]
You brush your teeth every day. This avoids a bad taste and sticky feeling. Not all of you floss, for the results are not immediate. If it weren't for the bad taste and breath, not all of you would even brush. We apologize for the very mundane analogy, but do [...]
All is vibration. The leaf trembles. This is vibration. A bird sings and warbles. This is vibration. A street light flickers. This is vibration. Your heart beats. This is vibration. What causes the fluttering, the quivering, the beating? The Great Energy Generator. It is a kinetic energy—energy without end—the bottomless [...]

As a river flows, so do your thoughts, never stopping. They encounter obstacles and take a turn. At certain points they flow even faster, scurrying to get around the bend.
