A sentry stands guard at your heart, keeping out intruders. “Halt! Who goes there? Friend or foe?” You call this fellow “Ego” and think he is doing a good job. But can Ego be trusted? He is a judgmental fellow. He bases his decisions on appearances and stereotypes. He rarely [...]
Note from Suzanne: When I heard Sanaya's words this morning, I knew they were for a follower in Connecticut who asked a question last night during a live interview I did. This is for you, J, but it applies to all of us, man or woman. (If you missed the interview [...]

If you could see with your eyes the pure spirit of those around you, you would never again struggle with the concept of oneness. All you would see is a bright white light. Where once you saw Dick and Jane and Dick and Jane’s clothing, shape, size, and features (which, [...]

Waves lap upon a shore and change the shape of the land. Water falls from the sky and carves the rock. How can something so soft etch something so hard? This does not happen “overnight” in your sense of time. It takes eons. It takes patience as the water, drop [...]
There are times in the human world when you must do things you do not wish to do. Many times. Wouldn’t you all like to simply sit around and be taken care of, to relax and not have to do a thing? Yes, for a while this would be quite [...]
It is quite easy for the human to judge another, for the human is ruled by ego. The spirit is not ruled at all—it simply is one with the Great Spirit. It knows only oneness and hence it knows only love. There is a reason for your humanity. You exist [...]
Why does the human turn to alcohol or drugs? So as not to feel the lower vibrations of being human. This we understand. It is a temporary break from being human, but it is moving in the opposite direction from Spirit. You have heard many songs about a natural high. [...]
You want to know what heaven is like? You want to know what we do here? Spend some time in your dreams. It is a fanciful way of living and experiencing—full of wonder. You wonder a thing, and it becomes your experience, for all is consciousness without the impediment of [...]
You are your own divining rod, your own pendulum. When you learn to sense higher consciousness, there is no need for external tools. These are excellent implements to use in helping your discernment, but how do they work? They use your own higher consciousness and channel it into a physical [...]
Joy to the world. That is what we wish you to bring: joy, love, and hope. “Oh, but I am just one person!” you cry, and in one sense this is true. In the greater sense, you are All That Is. What if all humans felt they could make no [...]

Colors are energy, are they not? Certain colors vibrate far faster than others. Why do you speak of a black mood? Why is there a gray pall around one who is sick? Why is Johnny dull? And why do you seek the white light? Why search for the golden egg? [...]
How can you be an awakened spirit and have what you call a “bad hair day”? You cannot. Only the ego-directed human being gives any importance whatsoever to the outer appearance. Yes, it is desirable for the physical housing to be healthy, but how one styles the hair, how one [...]
