There is only one Light which shines on all of us. It matters not whether you are here or there on either side of the veil. The warmth of this Light is what binds us. May it comfort you to know that this Light never goes out. In our world [...]
He or she is “genuine” … the real thing … coming from the heart. Why is this genuine? For the heart is your link with Spirit. When one is motivated by spirit they are genuinely in touch with the heart, and others can feel this. When motivated by ego, you [...]
No other can do the work that you must do. No other can solve your challenges. In truth, there is no other. We know this makes no sense to the human mind which looks about and becomes angry. “Do you not see those others? Do you not see what they [...]
Do you have any idea how great is Allness? You have but a glimmer. It appears as if the world revolves around each one of you, but it is not about you at all. Therefore, it is not about that other one, either. It is not about the “me” but [...]
Like a pilot, you choose a destination and take off. You have a flight path well in mind. Then, unexpectedly you encounter turbulence—bumps along the way that cause you discomfort. You can either fly on through it, or go around the bumpy parts. While going around you see something from [...]

Many are you in bodies, one are you in Spirit. How can you read another’s mind if the mind is not of the same energy? Waves of energy … that is what you are when you break down the illusion. Sound, light, thought … it is all the same thing. [...]
The sweet spot … that perfect point of balance, where everything is just right, in perfect harmony … delectable and delicious. Are you seeking the sweet spot in your life, in your relationships, in your self? It is all about balance. Too much of a good thing is no longer [...]
If you were to shatter a mirror, would any of the pieces be any less reflective than before? Not at all. Each would retain its original quality. You are a shard of the Mirror of which you are made—no less magnificent for your size. Do not take the physical into [...]
Regarding assumptions, they can be dangerous. Assumptions are based upon beliefs, which oft can lead you astray. Before making a decision, examine your motive and the assumptions you are making. Do you have facts to back up your decision? Can you trust facts in a world where nothing is as [...]
Have we not told you this life is a play? For some it is a drama, for others an adventure. And do you not have your script? You have your role and your words so well memorized, so well-practiced, that you repeat them without thinking. Perhaps it is time to [...]
‘Tis true what they say You cannot see the forest for the trees. If only you could fly above And see what the eagle sees! Why then, my child, your view would change. No longer would you fear. For up so high when flying All your answers would be clear. [...]
“Tickle my fancy” – such a strange expression. It means that a thing appeals to you. What tickles your fancy in a delightful way and why? Pleasure is the Creator’s way of drawing you near. When your fancy is tickled you smile. When you smile you cannot help but feel [...]
Do you realize that you are addicted to your programming? Your thoughts and actions play over and over like the grooves of a well-worn record player. Ego likes this. It maintains the feeling of separation, of individuality. “And what is wrong with this?” Nothing, we say, unless you would rather [...]
When all you have left are pictures, oh how you cry. You feel that you only have memories, but there you err. Your loved ones are still with you. They have left you in physical form for a while, but what they have left you cannot be destroyed. They have [...]
Why does it feel good to do good things? It is not a reward. It is because you are in alignment with your Source, with your True Self. There is order in alignment. There is resonance. The Universe sings when there is resonance. Nothing is ever so important that you [...]
Miracles are little peeks through the curtain … special occasions when we show you in an unmistakable way that you are not alone. Why not bring you miracles every day? Two reasons. First, then they would lose their magic, their sparkle, their special “stand-outness.” Second, if all realized that miracles [...]
Prepare yourself. There will be quite a surprise when you finally wake up. You will find that many of the things you held dear are actually not so important, and those things you may have pushed to the side are more important. In actuality, nothing is more or less of [...]
“From this moment on” … may this be your mantra for today. Do not drag yourself through the mud for past transgressions or regrettable decisions. Apply what you know now to be Truth and do your best. “But I was doing my best then!” you cry, and we ask you, [...]
You can send a man to the moon, but you cannot feed your own people. Do you know there is enough to go around? There is enough wealth, there is enough food, there is enough water, there is enough manpower. What there is not enough of is understanding on a [...]
A blended being –that is what you are now … human for a while and spirit always. It is not like oil and water. The two do mix, but at times you forget the presence of the part of you that is eternal. At these times, the two seem separate, [...]
Ego is a funny fellow. He wants to have his way. He wants you to pay attention only to him. “Forget those others,” he says. “i am all that matters.” Never forget that the “i” of ego is a diminished “i.” The true I AM knows no separation from any [...]
Why are you upset? Why are you angry? You can blame it on another all you like, but look to ego as the culprit when the blood boils. Were it not for ego, you would not experience upset. Take a few deep breaths to calm down. Now write down the [...]
“Lost in the translation” … Do you not know this expression? Words are a bit hazardous. Cannot your email communications be misinterpreted? Can another’s intent be taken in a way not intended? This is the challenge when language is used. Mistakes are not made in the non-physical world, for thought [...]
