What is oneness … singularity?  Total union, with no differences or separation.  Until now, few have known this state.  Those who have, speak of it, but to truly know it, it must be experienced.  Go within … to the heart … to know your union with All That Is.  When [...]

What are ghosts?  The lingering vibration of those who do not yet want to fully embrace the experience of no longer being in human form.  They resist going fully to the light, and thus retain a bit more of the human vibration than that of pure spirit.  There is nothing [...]

Miracles happen when you get out of the way.  What do we mean by this?  You have your preconceived notions of how the world works.  These expectations create your reality.  If you do not believe in Santa Claus, you may very well receive lumps of coal.  Open your mind to [...]

The universe does not conspire against you.  It conspires for you.  There are many who do not understand this.  They have lived too long amongst those who use their free will as human beings for purposes less than loving.  In those cases, they are going against the natural flow of [...]

Note from Suzanne:  This message is clearly meant for someone Sanaya knows will read it today.  If not for you, then perhaps you can reach out and spark that light in someone who cannot find the strength to do so themselves. You plot your own demise.  You think that will make [...]

Friends and enemies.  Why do you categorize?  You do so because that is the human way.  Unfortunate, is it not?  But most instructive.  Be aware that it does serve to keep even you in a box when you place others in a box.  What if you saw others like water [...]

Why do you dig in your heels?  Because you are quite earthbound when you do so.  It is the human side of you that has such set ideas that you take your very human heels and dig them quite firmly into the very earthly ground and stand that ground.  And [...]

Zero defects.  Yes, again we bring this up, because again you are striving for perfection.  To make no errors is a laudable goal, but it leads to fear and frustration.  Can you just be happy “being”?  Can you just enjoy the game for what it is?  All of life is [...]

Note from Suzanne:  For the next 4 days I will not have internet service.  Sanaya will be posted when I can get to a signal. Today I’m posting words from Sanaya that came to me in 2010.  They are very much connected to the message we had yesterday. Of course [...]

How many old hurts do you carry around?  Did you know this is not necessary?  They are like stones in a pack you carry on your back.  And oh, every once in a while do you not reach inside and sift through the stones?  “Ah, yes, there is that one [...]

What happens when you worry?  Your breathing becomes restricted.  This sets up a cycle of more worry, for the breath and emotions are intricately intertwined.  Fear results in shallow, rapid breathing.  Anger is much the same.  Which thoughts and emotions go hand-in-hand with deep, slow breathing?  Peace and love.  We [...]

Surrender.  It is not a throwing up of the arms and saying, “I quit.”  It is a knowing that living in struggle is no longer your desire.  It is a knowing that you no longer wish to act alone and suffer.  Yes, raise your arms in surrender, but only like [...]

Never in the history of your world has there been a man who could fly.  You are rooted to your earth for a purpose.  Were man meant to fly, he would have been given wings.  Other creatures have wings, but they do not have the great gifts that man has.  [...]

There is no good, better, and best in our world.  Those are all judgments.  In our experience, there is only vibration.  How does it feel?  The soul will tell you what is of a higher vibration, and to that you will be attracted.  Good, better, and best are of the [...]

Victory comes to those who stay in the game.  It is always easier to step off the field and sit on the sidelines, but far more beneficial to participate.  Yes, you would like to take a time-out from time to time, and that is quite understandable.  It is also quite [...]

Forgetfulness.  Where do the thoughts go which you are trying to remember?  They are still there.  Thoughts are energy.  They do not go away.  You must merely place the intention of matching the frequency of the concept you are trying to remember and send that intention outward.  It will catch [...]

Every rose must have its thorns.  They are protective devices, don’t you see?  The rose is so beautiful that the thorns keep away those who might grab them up by the bundles.  But not all beautiful flowers have thorns.  What is it with the rose?  It is there to teach [...]

How does a musician improve?  He practices scales over and over and over.  Yes, the talent may be innate, but the practice perfects the skill.  As you awaken to who you are, you will want nothing more than to be the presence of love, but years of acting only as [...]

How you view an event is completely up to you.  Does a tragedy—or what you interpret as a tragedy—propel you into action or lethargy, anger or compassion?  Why are there so many choices?  For yours is the realm of duality, of polar opposites.  The whole point of this existence is [...]

How can something that happens halfway around the planet affect you?  Do you not realize that all of you are leaves on the same tree?  You all share the same Source.  You cannot survive alone.  You could not function.  Yes, you think you could go off into a cave and [...]

Yes, you are adored.  Do you remember how it felt to gaze upon your child for the first time?  Did your heart not expand to the point where you thought it would explode?  That is how adored you are.  The One who gave you life continues to do so.  You [...]

It is all one big web, this existence in which you find yourself.  You are not trapped in the web like an insect—a victim of the one who weaves it, unless you do not understand the nature of ego versus spirit.  When you can see yourself as a co-creator of [...]

Create a sacred space for yourself—a place where you feel safe.  For many this is in the home, but for some, even the physical home fails to be a haven.  Find that place inside by shutting out the outside.  Shut the eyes, remove sound distractions, and breathe deeply over and [...]
