Love makes the world go 'round. Do you not have a song like that? And it is true. Naught happens in your world, including the rotation of your earth, without Love behind it. Now, when you think of those things that are less than loving, look to the human mind [...]
All things have a cause, for all that you experience is an effect. Cause and effect .. the two constants. What is the First Cause of all that is? It is Love. Love is the intent behind the first thought, the first word, the first action. All else has flowed [...]
Begin right where you are. Begin right now. That is all you ever have: the here and now. Create. Create anew from this very here and now. How can you be dissatisfied if there is only here and now? The here and now is a pulsating point of pure potential. [...]
New beginnings. Each moment of your life is one. You may as well celebrate this moment, for it represents a fresh start. If you find yourself grieving, you are focusing on the past. “No. This moment now is unbearable!” you cry, and that is because your perceptions are based upon [...]
Alchemy … when you transmute a lesser metal into gold. How would you like to be an alchemist? We are about to gift to you the greatest tool of the alchemist: compassion. The lesser metals in this case are represented by such emotions as anger, judgment, and frustration. When you [...]
Note from Suzanne: On Saturday, February 16th, I held a session with Sanaya for the New Age Thinkers of Homosassa, Florida. For a full transcript and audio recording of the session visit the "Channeling" page of my website and see the block in the upper right section of the page. [...]
Responsibility … a feeling that you owe another something. At times it can feel like a burden, at others a blessing. Ego feels only responsibility to the self. Spirit knows that there is only one Self and that in serving others you are serving the greater Self. From this vantage [...]
Not everyone does what you want them to do when you want them to do it. You are not a puppeteer, yet you humans believe others should do as you wish. It is quite silly when you think about it, is it not? This would be what you call “playing [...]
Goatherds keep their flocks together, carefully standing guard. But what happens when one of the flock wanders off? It has a wondrous adventure. Yes, there may be danger outside the flock, but there is also stagnation within. The one who steps outside the group may or may not return. If [...]
Note from Suzanne: Yesterday Ty and I went with our friends Joyce and Sharon to an elephant sanctuary. In answer to a question about elephants’ personality, one of the employees stated that elephants don’t feel love, nor do any animals; that such a belief is the projection of humans. This [...]
Never give up on your dreams. It is your persistent attention and belief in your dreams which turns them into reality. Your thoughts create matter, and so it matters greatly what you dream. What you deem possible becomes probable. From the sea of possibilities you pluck the one which speaks [...]
What does it mean when something is genuine? It is the real deal, not a fake or an imposter. You like genuine things. They represent value, solidity, trust, and longevity. Spirit is genuine. It is made of love, the greatest thing of value that exists. Ego is not genuine. Have [...]
Balance is a precarious position to maintain. Back and forth you wobble from one side to another. It takes practice to find that point of balance, does it not? Think of learning to ride a bicycle. At first it is foreign and you topple repeatedly. Once you have experienced balance, [...]
What if you knew you could not die? What would you do differently? What if you knew you could feel no pain? How differently would you act? The thought of experiencing pain causes you to hold back, to withdraw from living fully. The thought of dying could keep you holed [...]
You become discouraged when you see how many people exist and how few of them seem to think as you do, love as you do. Is it all in vain, you wonder? And now we ask you to think of the human body yet again as an example. Trillions of [...]
Forgetfulness. Where do the memories go? Are they filed away in a computer? Of sorts, but they are not solid. Thoughts are, indeed, things. They each have their own frequency, and energy cannot be destroyed. Every thought you have ever had exists as a discreet frequency and is retrievable, but [...]
Note from Suzanne. Sanaya spoke to our heart circle group last night. I transcribed the last portion to post here, because the words are too beautiful not to share. Click here to open the file and enjoy. May you feel the love that surrounds you always.
Defenses. You build them quite solid. Most of all you erect them around the heart. “I am not safe,” you feel and so you climb inside the protective barrier you have erected, and it is quite real. Nothing can get in to hurt you, you believe, but nothing can get [...]
It is fear that keeps you stuck. You are unhappy in a situation yet you are comfortable there. You would rather remain unhappy than to make choices which will undoubtedly create change. Do you not know that all in the human life changes constantly? You can sit back clinging to [...]
Oh, how you lie to each other. You go out in public and put a smile on your face as if nothing is wrong. You hide behind that mask, for that is what you have been taught to do. Inside your heart is breaking. Inside is great turmoil, yet that [...]
In darkness you live, stumbling about, groping for truth, groping to find your way. You turn a corner and see a bit of light. It is refreshing, full of hope. It feels so very different. You no longer can settle for darkness, and so you stumble on, but not quite [...]
