“But I have free will!” you insist, and yet things do not always go as you envision. “And I am an aspect of the Creator!” you affirm. Yes, yet at times you do not manifest what you desire. Could it be that there are higher aspects of the self at [...]
Have you had an experience when with great anxiety someone tells you a bit of news and you also become anxious? You run off and take action, perhaps calling another to spread the news, only to find out that it is false? Your worries and anxiety were for naught. We [...]
Unity Spiritual Center: Fruitland Park, FL - Sanaya spoke this evening of oneness, free will, guidance of the higher self, working on lessons, "human perceptual reality", finding love within self, value of sitting in the silence, souls maintaining attachments to earth, entities with lower vibrations are not to be [...]
Those who lash out and behave in ways you would term “rude” are hurting inside. Does this excuse their behavior? Not at all, but this awareness helps you to not return their behavior in kind, but to be kind instead. Such kindness may just jar them enough to feel what [...]
And so, we return to the bees (See Sanaya’s post of October 13, 2017). When you become aware of a bee in your vicinity, how many of you stiffen in fear? You swat and scream and run, all based upon what? Past experience of being stung, being hurt. Why did [...]
No words are necessary when you know love. No dreamy looks are needed. You give off a vibration that is felt. Do you know what true love feels like? Do not go looking for it from your fellow human beings. You will not find it everywhere you walk among the [...]
Mark your calendars for a special channeling session with Sanaya at Unity Spiritual Center just outside of The Villages in Fruitland Park, Florida, on Sunday, October 22nd at 7 PM. Details are on my events calendar. We arrive home tomorrow after 6 1/2 months on the road. Woohoo! Looking forward [...]
A potted plant drops to the ground … Perhaps a picture off the wall. How can solid objects Without pushing take a fall? For you are not alone, my friend Your loved ones are not dead. They give a nudge across the veil Or stand there by your bed. Such [...]
“That’s ridiculous!” you say with indignation, but why is it not ridiculous to the other? Why is it happening? Once you realize that diversity and adversity lead to growth, you have created space for growth. Feel the energy behind “That’s ridiculous!” Feel the indignation. Now feeling this, you will recognize [...]
You cannot hope for unanimity in a world based on duality. The oneness and wholeness does not exist at the vibration of duality. It exists the higher and higher you go in vibration of consciousness. And so, think like a human and you find so many differences. In fact, you [...]
“We need another name for those of us with children in the afterlife.” This suggestion came in an email from my dear friend Irene Vouvalides while discussing my upcoming book with our friend Elizabeth Boisson. I found it no coincidence that she and Elizabeth had raised an issue I had [...]
Do you find you have the same disturbing dream over and over with the same characters and the same scenarios? There is a message there. A great lesson: You are carrying around fears that are ready to be cleared. You may think you have outgrown the issue, but the dream [...]
Coming out of hiding. Does this describe you? And what aspect of you is it that has been hiding? Could it be the one who knows you are all connected? Could it be the one who is no longer content with participating in gossip and judgment? Could it be the [...]
Do you have any idea how powerful love is? Ask yourself next, do you have any idea how powerful anger is? Yes, you do. Have you tried love instead? The next time you are about to return fire with fire, to speak or write with the same energy that came [...]
No exchange is one-way only. The teacher is taught. The healer is healed. The lover is loved, even if the reciprocation is not readily apparent. All interactions inform an ever-evolving system of growth. Think in terms of service. As you serve those around you with whatever is your gift, be [...]
(Read to the end for an awesome synchronicity!) We are one. We are one. You think this is a trite phrase said by those who do not understand "reality." Reality depends upon where you put your focus. If you were a cell, you would feel like one. If you were an organ such as the [...]
As long as you have certain lessons in learning to respond with love and peace yet to learn, the soul will continue providing opportunities to the human expression known as you (state your name). Finally, one moment you will respond to the repeated program with a higher vibration and the [...]
More killing. You immediately think of your stereotypes. Sooner or later they all fit your stereotypes, for until you realize who you all are, the separation will create this group against that group against that group. The sickness is not in the soul. The soul is your salvation. The instruments [...]
When the body gives you signs and symptoms of dis-ease, what do you do? Panic? Do you allow these signs of imbalance to throw you even farther out of balance, or do you simply allow the wisdom of the body to heal itself? Of course you will seek assistance as [...]
You say you are feeling “under the weather.” It is an apt description, for the weather is earthly, beneath the gray clouds, but do not the clouds come and go? And what lies always above them, just waiting to break through? The sun. The Light. Do not succumb to your [...]
