The Daily Way

All of life goes in cycles. Do not grow discouraged. Yes, when the weather turns cold and much of nature goes dormant, you feel the withdrawal. After a while, you cannot wait for Spring again. And so it goes in the evolution of your universe. Cycles. You wonder when Spring [...]

So much toxicity. It is in the news. It is in your world. How to overcome this? Shift beyond this world at regular measures for a reminder that there are worlds upon worlds. Were there not, of course it would become easy to lose hope. There is an Awareness within [...]

When you ask and ask of Spirit and do not receive a direct answer, flow. Yes, flow. To not know or hear what to do does not mean that your prayers have not been heard. It is a good thing to ask. It is an excellent thing to flow as [...]

Why do you bother to read these messages each day? It is good to remind yourself why you do anything. After a while, any task becomes rote, so habitual that one can easily forget the motivation that led you to do it. Set clear intentions and remind yourself from time [...]

You want to connect with a loved one or higher being across the veil. On one hand, it is a passive activity to sit and receive in awareness whatever arises. On the other hand, do not simply sit, but radiate inviting energy. Send them your love. This is what you [...]

Your superheroes wear masks. Why is this? For the true powers do not come through the human expressions and the roles you play. They come from an expression of you deeper than what the human thinks they are capable of. Perhaps you have heard the tales of one being able [...]

At times when you pray for a certain outcome, you may not know what you are asking for. Without the bigger picture from the perspective of higher consciousness, your prayers might result in an outcome you do not expect or want. Be grateful for the times your prayers are answered [...]

You sit in a darkened room and see a line of light sneaking in from under the door. What does this tell you? There is something more beyond your present circumstance. You sit in a darkened world and grow discouraged. Then, you see an act of kindness, people letting their [...]

The Law of Balance is quite important in your life. If you do not understand that it is in operation at all times, you may complain when things swing one way or another. You have gained weight? Then more has come in than has been burned off. You are over-tired? [...]

The temperature rises and falls quite naturally in the natural world. It remains steady within four walls when you take measures to control it. This is part of the human challenge: You can control your own emotional heat and cooling only to a certain extent. The body’s reactions override this [...]

Misunderstandings occur due to language differences. You know what you are trying to express, but the other does not receive your words in the way you intended them. Be impeccable with your words, indeed, but if the word you choose is not part of the other’s vocabulary or perhaps used [...]

We are in this for the long haul. It is challenging to haul something heavy across a surface. Friction causes heaviness. Rise above the differences in texture and there is no friction. We see you from above. We can help you from this spaceless place where there is no friction. [...]

There comes a time when you need to step back and evaluate, “How is that working for you?” You often know long before you make that pause that this certain way of doing things is not working, and yet you persist. Why? For to change may cause pain. To change [...]

Are you willing to try a new way of doing things? Trust us: the world will give you feedback immediately. This is the way of things in a reality in which the body is a barometer and an instrument of voicing opinions, pointing out better ways, and running away when [...]

We are making up for lost time. Do you not say this from time to time? Look how you are ruled by the concept of two hands that chase each other around the face of a clock in quite a mechanistic race of getting nowhere. Do not make up for [...]

Taking sides causes finger pointing. Taking sides is the human way. And where are there no sides? Within a circle. And what does the circle represent? Complete oneness and unity. Such a concept makes no sense to one who is in a box. Such a concept makes sense only when [...]

Disdain is a form of judgment. You call it “looking down your nose” for good reason. When you feel yourself higher than another and look down upon them, you are not seeing eye to eye. You may not always agree with another at the human level, but at the deepest [...]

You may grow discouraged as you see your fellow human beings treat each other badly. When will the brutality end? When you cross the veil, dear one. But do not leave yet. You came into a body for the fullness of the experience, which includes trying out all the ways [...]

There may be days when you sense spirits such as your guides and loved ones quite easily and days when you feel disconnected. Energy flows in cycles, dear one. Flow with it. You cannot force a connection. The line is always open, but your energy centers may not be as [...]

As long as humans point fingers and hurl insults at each other, you will point and hurl rockets as well. Do you not see that man fights man out of ignorance? If you all realized you are souls who come here to express as much of your Light as possible [...]

You know who you are as a soul playing a human role. You know the greater reality is real, and yet, you ask for signs. And yet, you are stunned when the signs appear quite clearly. And yet, you exclaim with Joy when you cannot deny you are part of [...]

Things change. People change. You change. When you cling to the past, you suffer. Picture a swimmer in a river resisting the flow. They cling to a branch filled with fright. You do not know what is around the bend. Cease clinging and trust the River of L.I.F.E. at a [...]

You may not be used to the latest technology. You are used to doing it the old way. You know that new ways of communicating exist, but it is easier to rely on what you are familiar with. Do you realize we could be talking about the physical world as [...]

Do you not have different shapes to which you give meaning? Circles of wholeness, squares of boundaries. Study your geometry and how it can be used to design with meaning. Arcs and lines. Feminine and masculine. Balance, harmony … expressed through shape just as you see it in nature. Even [...]

Energy is all-important, most especially how it flows. The mind stagnates with lack of movement just as much as the body. You do not have to run a marathon to reap the benefits of movement. Greet a tree. Go for a walk and talk to the sky, and while you’re [...]

Distractions abound, and this is the challenge. You can flit from one thing to the next, wanting to accomplish a task, but get pulled in another direction mid-way through. Focus, dear one, this is the key. Set the intention to keep the focus on the task while widening the lens [...]

Talk to them. They hear you. Is this not what we have been telling you about those you love who have crossed the veil? They hear you because their reality interpenetrates your own. You cannot see them for they are living Life on a different channel as you would understand [...]

Collaboration. What does this mean? Working in concert with others for a greater outcome. Do you like our use of the word “concert”? A soloist can give a concert, but is it not a more full experience to have more than one player flowing and interacting? You and all others [...]

Are you feeling stressed? Then resistance is present. If there were no resistance, you would simply be flowing. “But so much is going on!” you exclaim, and even with much on your plate there can be flow. Have you seen a skillful tennis player? They can return however many balls [...]

Dolphins communicate through clicks and sounds you would not recognize as words. What is communication? It is an exchange of information which can happen through means other than verbal interaction. Keep this in mind as you seek communication with those you love who have passed from their bodies. You need [...]
