Look into the eyes of a loved one.  How could such aliveness die?  And yet, when one looks into the eyes of a lifeless body, it is stunningly apparent that “the life has gone out of their eyes.”  And this is exactly what has occurred.  The Spirit animating the vessel [...]

Radiant heaters.  They do not blow the warm air out with force.  No.  They warm the air by their very presence.  They become more and more warm … warmer than the ambient air until the ambient air temperature matches that of the heater.  This is how you may affect those [...]

Yes, of course the body grows tired.  It may feel drained, but it is also being recharged moment by moment.  You are part of a cycle of outgoing energy and incoming energy.  You see this cycle all around you. Be gentle with the body.  When it is running low on energy, [...]

Oneness makes no sense when all you see are twos and threes and us and we’s.  “How can there only be one Mind from which all of this that I perceive is arising?”  Do not the many waves on one ocean arise from the same body of water?  Analogies are [...]

You always have a choice.  You may say, “I had no choice,” but this is because of a refusal to make the more challenging ones.  Free will is what it is all about for the soul.  This reality offers you scenario after scenario for practicing this skill.  “Skill?” you say, [...]

One you held in your arms is no longer here. The arms feel quite empty.  You shed many a tear. The absence causes incredible pain. You search for fulfillment, yet your efforts seem in vain. What to do when the heart hurts so bad? This is a level of pain that goes far beyond sad. The [...]

What you need is what is given.  Trust this.  You may think you know best.  Have you stopped to inquire of a higher awareness?  How can someone at the bottom of a ladder see what needs to be fixed on the roof?  Ask the One who already stands on the [...]

Do you feel like an outsider at times?  Everyone else is doing one thing, thinking one way and you are different?  Outside and inside are two sides of one coin.  See with the eyes of wholeness.  Outside, inside.  Together they make up wholeness.  You cannot have the inside without the [...]

You wish to know happiness?  Enjoy connection.  You wish to know bliss?  Set aside the smaller self.  Focus not so much on “I” and seek out “we,” “us,” simply being a part of something greater.  Connect, connect, connect … with apparently separate humans, animals, nature … it matters not.  Connect [...]

You are going along fine, feeling serene, calm, connected, and along comes a surprise.  It is not the kind that fills you with delight, but perhaps with fright.  In the blink of an eye, you go from knowing all is well to wondering if you are in hell. This is [...]

Flowers bloom year after year, season after season.  Do you have to do anything to make it so?  Wildflowers know what they’re doing.  They rise up, bloom, wither away, and repeat the cycle.  So do all of you, and for the very same reason … to experience life and to [...]

If you cannot imagine a scenario, the conditioned human mind will likely not go there.  The conditioned human mind knows only what it has been told or experienced.  The conditioned human feels safe in its beliefs and conditioned world.  But that is only part of the total reality you live [...]

The gang’s all here.  Those loved ones who have passed?  Your beloved pets?  Yes, they are around you.  They are family ... your soul family.  Life does not end with the passing of the body.  You are connected eternally at an energetic level.  There is a joining of the heart [...]

You cannot control your life.  You can barely control your thoughts.  The idea that you can control what happens holds you as a prisoner.  When things happen that are beyond your control it is like a slap in the face.  You now face a choice.  You can resist, or you [...]

“What will others think?”  This is ego.  In this apparent reality, there are apparent others.  They are very real within the reality, where all is relative, but you are not stuck in this role.  You can shift your awareness beyond the reality at any time and be Awareness, itself.  From [...]

What is a fantasy?  When you imagine a scenario that brings you great pleasure.  But is it real?  Anything that can be created in consciousness is real, but there is only one “real-reality“ among limitless relative realities.  Your human life is God’s fantasy.  Does that make it any less real?  [...]

Demeaning.  You know the meaning and the feel of being on the receiving end of less than loving words.  Why would one person say hurtful, disparaging words to another?  It all stems from ego and conditioning ... having been shown and taught these behaviors by others who were taught and [...]

You carry around your beliefs.  They hold you in certain patterns, some of them helpful, some of them a hindrance.  What is better than a belief?  Pure knowing.  Beliefs come from the conditioned mind.  Knowing comes from the heart.  One is aligned with the human story, the other with the [...]

Humans are trained to look for the bad.  It is part of your survival instinct, your animal nature.  As such, do not think of this as a “bad” thing, even though it is human nature to label things.  Now simply remember why you are here:  to love more.  This is [...]

And soul it is.  Amen.  You may think you are making all the decisions, taking all the actions, but what is this “you”?  The body is the vehicle, the soul is the driver.  Thoughts get quite stale and misconstrued when the vehicle’s windows are left closed for too long.  Open [...]

You are being led moment by moment.  Are you listening?  Perhaps you are charging this way and that, unable to relax for there is a nagging feeling that you are not enough ... not good enough, not worthy enough, not successful enough.  Allow us to narrow it down ... most [...]

Probabilities.  Your earthly world is based upon them.  You are perhaps familiar with your bell curve.  It quite accurately reflects the probabilities of most things.  Why do some die young?  Look to your bell curve.  Most live lives of many decades there in the middle of the probabilities, but life [...]

Yes, haloes have been depicted around those who are deemed the most holy.  And yes, this circular ring is indicative of a glow that emanates from the one in which the halo is visible.  All of you hold this potential.  All of you are, at your essence, beings of light.  [...]

Life is ever-changing.  Are you feeling stuck?  It is a stuckness of your own making.  Round and round you go like a carousel.  The ride goes up and down, and it will seem like a rut until you see that it is not so much a circular pattern as a [...]

Echoes ... the One Awareness the One Awareness the One Awareness the One Awareness ... ... ... ... the One the One the One the One the One ... ... ... ... Awareness Awareness Awareness Awareness ... ... ... ... ... Connects you All connects you All connects you All [...]

It is all about the exchange, these interactions you have with others.  How do you use your time together?  It matters not how fleeting the interaction, Source is arising as you and as that apparent other for the experience of being you and you.  This human life allows for such [...]

Who is looking through your eyes? (referencing yesterday's Daily Way message)Some of you read these words with great surprise.  Who else could be looking but me? You would be surprised when you ask to see what you see. There is more than one way to view your existence. Those who are stuck and [...]

Death is not the end any more than birth is a beginning.  These are labels for points in what you know as time.  Life is eternal.  In the blink of an eye the physical body no longer works, but the Light that powered that body goes on.  In the blink [...]

Right before your eyes.  That is where spirit is.  What you are seeking is before you, behind you, within you, and unhidden, yet you miss it.  “How could I have not seen what I was looking for all this time?” you ask, and we tell you, there are many ways [...]

You limit yourself by using pronouns.  Yes, of course, that is what humans do, at least in your culture, but there are cultures who have no need for this grammatical construct.  Without “I, me, mine” and “you, they, yours, theirs, ours,” what have you?  Unity awareness.  Imagine how your world [...]
