(Note from Suzanne) A transcript and recording of the latest session with Sanaya held Sunday, November 2nd in Central Florida is now available at https://awakenedway.suzannegiesemann.com/sanayasessions/.  I have received heart-warming feedback from several in attendance informing me of the immense emotional healing they received from both the message and the energy [...]

When you feel as if you cannot go on after a loss, know that you can.  You are still here for a reason.  Pain is part of the process of grief.  Few escape it, but it is also part of the human belief system and need not be quite so [...]

Worries, worries, worries.  Where do they live?  In the future.  It is a future filled with “what ifs” and “what if it does nots.”  And what of this moment?  You are never given more than you can bear, and when it feels as if you cannot bear another moment, we [...]

Individual groups of thoughts are like eddies in a river of consciousness.  If powerful enough, they swirl off in a different direction, often sucking in those who come near enough.  Soon those swirling in the eddy believe they are the main river, yet all they are doing is going round [...]

There is no need to apologize for who you are.  This being you is cause for celebration.  Perhaps you do not think or act as most around you do.  Do you feel the need to conform or to apologize for not conforming?  Study this need.   The only question that matters [...]

“Isn’t that why we came here … to change the world?”  Yes, for in changing yourself you are changing the world.  Change begins within.  How can you expect the world to be loving and peaceful if you are not the same inside?  This concept applies on a grand scale and [...]

Every thought you have ever had is imprinted in your soul.  Every action you have taken, every deed you have performed … all of these make up your personal field.  This is what you take with you when you walk into a room and are felt by others, and this [...]

Everyone has a story.  Some are serving others; some are taking away.  Some are treading water and simply being.  And so, there is room for judgment if you so choose.  Instead of judging, observe the other stories.  Digest them.  See what they have to teach you.  Do they cause you [...]

NOTE from Suzanne:  Sanaya often makes me aware that their messages truly come from them (and not from my imagination) in the most wonderful ways.  Two days ago their message to us began with the words, "Lions, and tigers, and bears. Oh my."  I thought that was a strange way [...]

You will go through periods of tumult and feel as if you are alone.  Never lose faith ever.  You are never alone.  The periods of darkness are sometimes necessary to emerge into even greater light.  You may stumble in the darkness, but never will you remain there, for light is [...]

“Marry me” – two words which instantly bring joy to most hearts.  And why?  For it is a symbol of love and union … two who think they are not whole will become as one.  Each of you is already whole, but relationships allow you to experience oneness in a [...]

Lions, and tigers, and bears.  Oh, my.  Threats to you, you think.  The only real threat to you are your own thoughts.  What if you knew that the spirit—the real aspect you of you—does not die, but continues living and loving eternally?  What if you had no attachments to people [...]

The mother-child connection is impossible to sever.  For many months you shared the same physical space.  Your hearts were entrained.  Suddenly, physical space separated you, but the bond is unbreakable.  Things may have happened in your lives to take you farther apart physically and emotionally as you experienced the yin [...]

“Have mercy on me.”  How often have you heard this?  But today we say, have mercy on yourself.  You are far too demanding, far too critical, far too unbending.  It is the human way to expect so much of yourself, to expect perfection, when those who love you—both in human [...]

Disappointment is a human emotion.  It comes from not getting or doing something that you expected or foresaw, but that indicates a future predicated upon many variables.  Those in your sister realm do not experience disappointment.  We remain in the now-moment and see the many possibilities.  We have what you [...]

Pain in the physical body results from disease or a wound.  Pain in the emotional body results from dis-ease and emotional wounds which have not been healed.  All require attention or they will fester.  Do not ignore emotional pain.  Face it head on.  Ask it, “What are you trying to [...]

I’ll show HIM!”  When have you heard this?  When have you thought or said this?  And what was the motive?  In each case there is a sense of righteousness that one’s actions or thoughts must be heard or validated.  Recognize the human side at work here.  See the inherent sense [...]

Are your loved ones who have passed with you as you say, “24/7”?  Not exactly.  They are with you as you need them and as you think of them.  It is a sharing of consciousness, a blending of energy which accompanies you just as they did whilst in human form.  [...]

To do something halfway is to only put half of your heart into it.  Half-hearted.  This means that the desire or motive is lacking.  And when you put your whole heart into something?  Why, then there is nothing that can hold you back.  At a subtle level, others recognize half-heartedness.  [...]

Compassion … Can you ever have too much?  Compassion says, “I know what you are going through, and even if I cannot change your situation, I can send you love.”  Compassion says, “I understand that you do not know your true nature as love or you would not behave as [...]

You all just want to be loved.  Why do you think your world is in the condition it is?  So many equate power with love.  They do not know they are love inside, and so they experience fear.  This manifests in ways that are often less than loving.  What if [...]

A bear hug.  Could you not use one right now?  What is it about connecting with another face to face and heart to heart?  Within yourself you are whole, but in connecting with another you experience yet another level of wholeness—Love experiencing itself.  This awakens within you the awareness that [...]

It is tiring at times to maintain focus.  Why is this so?  For the mind wants to chatter.  It is like a little child filled with curiosity who speaks incessantly and wanders everywhere it can in search of new wonders.  Is it any wonder you find it difficult to quiet [...]

And so, you have a friend who has done something that bothers you.  In fact, it has you to the point where you feel you must say something.  Isn’t that interesting?  Why do you feel you must step in?  Why do you feel you must set them straight?  Can you [...]

Do not grow discouraged when one you are with does not think or react as you do.  This is the perfect example of the yin and the yang.  Together you make up wholeness.  Look at your individual perspectives.  You are convinced that your way is right and the other is [...]

Earthly responsibilities can easily push you out of balance.  What do we mean by this?  You can become so overwhelmed with your earthly tasks that you forget that you are also fully spirit.  When you fail to pay attention to that side of you which is peace and love, you [...]
