“Are you even listening to me?” you ask with indignance, or perhaps you hear these words from another.  Everyone wants to be heard, yet what is human nature?  To listen so intently to one’s own thoughts that even as words are being spoken by another, your thoughts are already on [...]

You are not alone.  You are appreciated and loved.  If you do not feel that way, then your focus is tied to your human story.  We see your light.  We know you are a soul.  Perhaps you have forgotten?  Then why are you drawn so to these words?  Why does [...]

Fixated.  Do you see the word within it?  You become so fixed in your patterns of thought, that you fail to see you are viewing things and people with tunnel vision.  With such fixed thoughts and vision, you fail to see the wholeness.  Would you like people to only view [...]

When souls gather as a group, whether physically together or not, there is an exponential effect that is felt.  This is why prayers from a group are so powerful.  You create an energetic field of common thought, common intention, of love.  Notice the difference when you gather with like-minded souls [...]

Give thanks where thanks are due.  It is not always all about you. No man is an island, this is true.  It is teamwork that helps you to see things through. We understand that you must deal with ego, and ego wants credit for being wonderful.  You are all wonderful.  [...]

When one with whom you interact behaves in a way that irks you, be cautious if you are prone to then focus on that.  Are there things about that other which delight you?  There is a balance.  It can be a habit to focus on the negative over the positive.  [...]

Things do not have to be done “loudly” to be effective.  Ringing a gong loudly is not better than softly.  Running all-out is not necessarily better than gently striding.  Why do you do a thing?  What is your intention?  This is what matters.  The human aspect of you often believes [...]

If you could see the glow of light around each other—the auras—then the gig would be up.  Then this human level upon which you focus so intently would be revealed for the dense reality it is—one of layers of experience of being of which you are capable.  These human bodies [...]

Rules are made to bring about order.  Yours is an inherently orderly universe, yet on the surface at times there appears to be chaos.  This is because you are here to express yourself, to create, to experiment, to try.  This requires at times coloring outside the lines.  If you are [...]

A fork in the road.  What if, when you do not agree with someone, you realize you have gone down one of those forks.  Go back, go back to the point where the road forked.  Focus your attention there, when you were both going the same direction, when you both [...]

Little irritations.  They crop up constantly.  Do you know why?  Have you stopped to think about it? They occur because you want things to go a certain way, to go your way.  Become aware of how much you are requiring life to flow the way you want it to instead [...]

When another does not act the way you wish, just coast.  Drift in a state of being until the highest response and reaction comes to mind.  This is far better than lashing out or trying to coerce another to do things your way.  Perhaps your way seems better.  That is [...]

Being awakened or enlightened does not mean you no longer feel fear.  Fear has a physical component to it.  This is built into the human experience.  It is hard-wired into your body.  Fight or flight will kick in and you will feel the inevitable surge of adrenaline when there is [...]

You are a being of light — the Light be-ing expressed.  As a light-being, a self-luminous star, you decided to express your true nature even farther.  In so doing, you took a part of your Self and condensed it down, down, down to have a very specific experience as a [...]

You see a photograph or video of yourself.  What is the first thing you do?  You look for something to criticize.  Admit it, why don’t you?  In so doing, you are on your way to accepting your human self.  Your ancestors had to look for the bad berry amongst the [...]

Meet others where they are.  We are not speaking of a place, but a state of awareness … a level of growth … a level of awakening to the fact that you are all blended beings — a mixture of human nature and soul nature.  You would not speak to [...]

“But I don’t have time!” you say in frustration, and yet, in human form, you do have time.  Use it as the opportunity that it is to see the results of your intentions unfolding, playing out.  Why is it you feel you do not have time?  As people come to [...]

Quit monkeying around!  You have heard this phrase.  And what is it that monkeys do?  They swing from tree to tree, pick at each other in assistance, laugh, and do seem to have a good time.  And who is it that admonishes you to not act like a bunch of [...]

To whom do you pledge your allegiance?  To the part of you that so often runs amok, running programs of fear, of judgment, of criticism?  Or to the Light?  To the part of you that is eternal, that has no programs, that responds from its essence of peace, joy, and [...]

What a difference your words make.  “I am angry,” you say, and you have taken ownership of what is a temporary passing.  “I am disappointed,” you say, and you hold onto this feeling.  What if you were to have no language?  There would be awareness of a visiting emotion, sensation, [...]

Freedom.  It is not just a physical thing.  It is spiritual, mental, emotional.  You are always free at your core.  Your basic essence knows no boundaries, no limits.  If you were to experience the fullness of your freedom as a soul in this moment, it might well overwhelm you.  For [...]

You have heard it said that ego is the default position.  Yes, this is true for the Blended Being, made up of human body and soul.  When the Blended Being is thoroughly absorbed in its role, it matters not about the soul, and yes, ego runs amok.  But the more [...]

Why does music speak to your heart?  For you are music in expression:  sound ... vibration ... an ever-changing symphony of experience.  The notes that are harmonious in accordance with creation, which is orderly and purposeful, make your heart sing.  Those that are out of harmony point you to a [...]

It is all one big web.  Have you not heard this before?  Just as you have friends here and you reach out to each other from time to time and enjoy the synchronicities when you were thinking the same thing, the same thing happens across the veil.  Just because you [...]

Just be yourself.  Source is truly en-JOY-ing being you.  And if you are not enjoying the experience, chalk it up as one you choose not to have again now that you have that check in the block.  No disrespect is meant to anyone’s pain.  On the contrary:  It is the [...]

“The world truly is a reflection of your thoughts.  What you give out truly does come back to you.  This is because you are an extension, an expression of the One Divine Mind.  The creation that is you contains the same creative abilities as your Source, therefore you create with [...]

You are Love at the center.  In truth, you cannot be anything but Love, for Love is your Source, your basic essence.  From Love you come and to Love you shall return when the physical body no longer serves you, yet it is Love that forms the body as well.  [...]
