You find yourself in a leadership role in this journey you are on and you never expected it-you, the human. But you are waking up. The light inside is keeping you awake at times as it glows ever brighter. "What am I to do with this awareness, this love?" you ask. Such questions gnaw at you, for you never fancied yourself a spiritual leader. Do you need to get in front of large groups and be the cheerleader? Not necessarily. You can participate in small groups or simply share one-on-one. Lead from the heart-the seat of courage-and be just as effective as one with a megaphone who leads throngs. Follow the heart and share as you feel called. It is what Lightworkers do as they remember and abide by the Calling.
