Suffer not, my children, for all experiences are temporary. Knowing this, can you not endure a bit of discomfort, knowing that light always arises from the darkness? Do not wallow there in the muck. It may seem easy to become stuck when this becomes a familiar place, but look within your heart and find there the way out of that which holds you down. This light will guide you, even if but a tiny pinprick. Follow it. Hang onto it as you would a life preserver, for is that not what Spirit is? The Great Life PRESERVER? ... The Preserver of love ... the Preserver of your very consciousness. Break out of the darkness, knowing it is but a temporary place you visit so that you can once again revel in the light when you seek it.
