The solar plexus chakra is the center of strength. It is where those in spirit connect most strongly with you-there, and the heart. For the clearest possible connection across the veil, focus on building up the power in the solar plexus. See it as a ball of light. Pull in power from the core of the earth. Connect with the Power Source above, and visualize a continuous flow of Life Force Energy brightening this ball of light more and more. When depleted, make a conscious effort to do this breathing-empowerment exercise. So many focus on the upper chakras and neglect the engine.
