We speak often of the importance of silence. Today, we wish to encourage you to not only create silence for meditation and contemplation, but for choice-making, moment by moment. How often does another say something to you and you respond immediately? And if the other's comment is taken the wrong way, is there not a chance you will respond in a way that may prove hurtful? What if you were to create a bit of silence or space in your interactions with others-just the tiniest bit-and use this pause not to think, but to attune. An appropriate response will arise from a state far deeper than the place between your ears so that the place between your lips becomes a trusted Source.

You are so very loved.
