The body is beautifully designed ... and this design includes pain as an indicator when something is awry or to be avoided. And so, you shout in pain and cease doing what caused the shouting. Now you have most certainly noticed something that needs attention, and you go about fixing it. Yes, we are speaking of the physical body, but this applies equally well to emotional pain as well, do you see? A shout of anger or fear is an indicator that something is awry. It is a call for attention. Dig beneath the surface, why don't you, when you find yourself shouting or crying more often than usual in response to the vicissitudes of life, and once you get to the root cause, with this awareness, you may start healing.
You are so very loved.
Not sure I understand what this means
Pain can be emotional and or physically. Becoming aware of the cause of the pain can greatly help one begin to heal or at least suffer less as awareness of the truth of cause and consequences helps us recognize where we may be accountable. To realize that making changes in either the physical world or in our mental perceptions may be needed. Awareness of this also helps make space between us and our pain so that we grow in our knowing our true self as opposed to identifying with pain (negativity ) as part who we are. Rather pain is seperate from who we are.
Who are we? We are the being that is connected to truth and love that also has the ability to experience pain/ suffering. Even in situations where the pain cannot complete go away awareness of cause and accountability and compassion allow us not to be trapped in the suffering .
Blessings.
I understand it to mean we should pay more attention to what’s causing/what the root of a painful emotion might be—in the same way where we feel a sudden pain in the body, we tend to examine the part that’s affected. It’s similar to what’s called “shadow work” in psychology; facing things like sorrow or anger or fear to find out *why* the feelings are persistent and then being able to release them. I’ve found that asking your guides for help with that kind of work is also very helpful!
Thank You for this message, so perfect for today🫶💖I injured my finger today while I was removing a staple from a document. I found a bandage in my handbag😂. I also know that daily meditation, breathing and prayer can assist with our daily burdens, emotional state. Thanks for the awakened way.❣️🕸️
Sometimes an unconscious frequency like a shout in anger and pain could be helpful beneficial to one’s awakening
