The things you find to criticize in others have you noticed how often you do those very same things?  Yes.  And can you laugh at how ego tries to get you not to notice the oneness?  Pause a moment the next time you are about to shake your head or look down your nose and say, “Why, I would never ”. Take a moment then and think, “Why, have I ever!”  Can you laugh and forgive yourself for ever thinking you were anything less than Love in expression?  You are, you know.  And you are so very loved.
