That book you read ... that video you watched ... that meditation you did ... those moments spent in stillness, in contemplation, and oh yes, those efforts to respond with love instead of fear or separation ... they create new patterns in your field. These patterns become an overall pattern that says, "I am open. I am here. I am Love In Full Expression."
