Suspicion. It is a by-product of the reptilian brain that all of you have. This first and oldest part of the brain that arose in your cavemen was designed for safety and survival. All newcomers were suspect until proven not a threat to the group. You still have these suspicions [...]
When your belief system shifts and you come to know of the greater reality and all of the miracles that go along with that awareness, you want to share it with the world. Some very close to you may not listen and may even put up a wall. Will you [...]
I really don't sit around thinking these things up. I was awakened at 3 in the morning and shown exactly what props I had to get and how to get this lesson across. "Seriously?" I said. "What do you think?" Sanaya replied. I sent Ty out with specific instructions of [...]
Can you laugh at yourself? Try it, why don’t you especially when others are doing the same. There are various reasons why the back goes up and the jaw becomes set when others laugh and you do not, but the basic reason is “should,” which always goes back to belief [...]
Self-centered. Is it wrong? There is no right or wrong; there are only learning opportunities. What if you were to seek balance between self-centered and selfless service? What if you were to put your “self” in others’ shoes as often as you walk in your own? This takes focused effort, [...]
You make assumptions about what another is thinking, and if they are less than positive, then you allow those thoughts to “make” you miserable. And what if that other did not have those thoughts at all? Can you ever be certain of what goes on in another’s mind? They may [...]

A vessel can get off course from time to time, tossed about by waves and wind. This is why it is valuable to have a star to guide you and a course laid out. Minutely detailed tracks on a vast ocean are not necessary. When your star cannot be seen, [...]
Is it your imagination that your loved one visited you in a dream or at your bedside? What is imagination, but a type of dream state where consciousness creates experiences. All you see before you in the physical world, in a sense, is your imagination, created by Consciousness. All that [...]
Why do you care what others think? Because you are human. Humans judge and humans form opinions, and humans compare, for the human lives in a world or relativity. But thanks to that dance of opposites, through trial and error you slowly awaken. Bit by bit you remember, “Ah, yes, [...]
When a pattern repeats itself, you call this a fractal. You see it in your lightning bolts, and your cabbages, and your river deltas. The existence of fractals is a representation of the principle “as above, so below.” In this manner, you are a fractal—an extension … a perfect representation [...]
