Yes, it is all about love. We will give you more evidence that we are real, for we know you want this, but just as you desire others to feel and experience our loving energy, so do we wish to share it. Can you ever hear this message of love [...]
Why such an interest in past lives? Do you not have enough to learn and do in this one? Yes, we understand it is fascinating. Understand us well: You have experienced other lives and are doing so in this very moment, for there is only the now. But does this [...]

You sneeze when there is an irritant. You cough to expel the same. The body has wisdom of its own. You do not tell it, “Sneeze now. Cough now.” This is the body’s innate consciousness. From whence comes this knowing when to breathe, when to cough, and when to sneeze? [...]
Respect the body. It is quite a gift that oft goes ignored. Yes, the spirit is eternal, but the body is not. With better care, the spirit can express itself better, and some of the lessons need not be so difficult. Yes, the body has some messy habits, but so [...]
Leaves rustle when you walk through them. You kick them with your shoes, unaware that these are the husks of living things now discarded. The true essence of the leaf is no longer there. The living force has gone out of them and is being recycled all around you. You [...]
When you want something badly enough, you are willing to put up with some pain. Is this not true? “I want that new car. I will sacrifice this or that to afford it. I want a healthy body. I am willing to exercise it a bit harder to keep it [...]
Dare you strike out on your own, believing what feels right instead of what others tell you? This is a good policy if you have learned to differentiate the voices inside. How does it feel when you follow one voice over another? Always the body will guide you. Does it [...]
Blah, blah, blah. Is this not what you say when someone utters words repeatedly with little substance? Sit and listen for a while for the blah, blah, blah’ing going on incessantly in your mind. Of how much importance are the thoughts that so frequently take you away from the silence, [...]
The tiny ant crawls across your fingertips. You gaze at it in wonder. It has no idea that you exist. It has no idea that you watch over it. Were you to transport it suddenly from your fingertip to a new location, it would not know how it got there. [...]
Shared memories. These form a bond. When two or more have enjoyed the same experience, always are you connected. Through this experience, you lighted a circuit. You forged a link. Whether or not you remain in physical proximity, you will now always share a connection. It is the same whether [...]
Amidst the chaos there is peace. Is this not the goal? To find the center of the storm where calmness reigns, even though the winds swirl about? It is possible. You can travel in the eye of the storm and never get caught up in the commotion. Others step outside [...]
Surprisingly, beauty is found in what you might consider some of the ugliest places. Why does a flower bloom amid debris? For you cannot suppress Spirit. All arises from love, and what could be more beautiful? Spirit is ever trying to make its presence known. Even in the midst of [...]
Note from Suzanne: I am providing a photograph of a record player for those of you who have forgotten what they looked like (or those of you who have never seen one. Ha!)A record goes round and round on a turntable. It is the needle in the groove which produces [...]
It matters not what others think of you, only what you think of others. Do you see them with love or with judgment? Do you fear others’ reactions, words, and thoughts? If you have complete control over your own thoughts and actions, then nothing that others say, think, or do [...]

Note from Suzanne: I was stationed at the Pentagon the first time in 1995, working in the Navy section. There was a civilian man who wandered the halls every day handing out Werther’s candies to everyone he passed in the hallway on his lunch hour. It must have cost him [...]
Evil does exist in your world, but not in the form of a devil any more than God is in the form of a bearded man in the clouds. There is no horned being with a pitchfork, no dark, bearded man with a glint in his eye. Evil is the [...]
Grief is a process. This you know. It has certain stages. You cannot escape grief when you have lost one who is dear to you, and why would you want to? Yes, we know: because it feels so very awful. The pain at times seems unbearable. Do you not see [...]
The golden years. Why do you call them this? Gold is your most precious metal and holds much value. The golden years are a time to be treasured as well, for by this time you have unraveled many of the mysteries of this life you are living. The veil has [...]
On this day when so many gather to celebrate joy and love together, there will nevertheless be strife. “Interpersonal conflict” you call this, and it is quite common in your world. Today, on this day when you celebrate the birth of one who understood spiritual Truth, we advise you to [...]
Forsake no other for the sake of yourself. What you withhold from another you withhold from yourself. You look through human eyes and see the eyes of another. See instead the eyes of the spirit in all that you see. In the eyes of a baby you see innocence. In [...]
Your expectations cause you angst. You think you know exactly how something should turn out. You place upon a situation and upon other people all of your “shoulds.” And do not others place their “shoulds” upon you as well? What if these “shoulds” should conflict? Then you will surely encounter [...]
You look for figures in the clouds … discernable shapes which you can identify and say, “Look at that! The cloud has formed an object. It is a sign!” We have many means of giving you signs that you are not alone. You have accepted the group belief that life [...]
