Do you know what it means to truly feel your feelings? You may think you do, but what happens when something challenging arises that may be unpleasant? Do you put up your shield? Do you shove the feeling down and replace it with something more pleasant or numb it? This kind of armoring will numb you over time without external substances. You came here for the fullness of the human experience, dear one. Pain and pleasure both flow like water if not blocked. The result is peace and tranquility. “What you feel you can heal” is a truthful statement. Simply name feelings and emotions as they arise. Observe them with curiosity, and you may learn much from the experience.

I just asked spirit of my confusion of thinking it’s not very evolved of me to react with so much sadness when someone I perceive said something unkind. I need to grow past this and let it roll off my back. my question was is it unhealthy or healthy to feel the emotion? Thinking if I was more spiritual the emotional reaction would not have happened and I should sit down and visualize it passing through and not experiencing it. got my answer to experience it. Have a cry and observe 😃
