You have a team of helpers across the veil. Do you know this? Have we not told you that you do not and cannot act in isolation? It is energetically impossible. Even if you do not sense or believe this, what would it hurt for you to pretend that it is so and ask for help from your team in spirit? Oh my, then you might get a not-pretend response that might just cause you to change your belief system. And would that be so bad? Good and bad go hand in hand in the human system. Tap into the goodness of knowing you are far more than only human.

I’ve had a song come into my awareness that won’t leave. Over the last couple days, it’s helped me realize that the song is bringing up memories about something from my past, something I’ve never moved beyond and honestly didn’t know I needed to move past or integrate into my life until now. It’s a very silly memory, really, about something that never even happened. But I meditated and asked for guidance on the topic and received this sense that I need to integrate the person I was then, or maybe the person I would have become had I made different choices, into my life today. I felt exhausted after this meditation and went to lay down. I never reached a deep sleep, but saw in my minds eye these entities or energies placing both versions of me on a table and helping them mingle together. There was more to it, I know I was told things I can no longer recall. Upon waking, I felt the urge to come to this app for the first time in a while and then participate in receiving guidance from the “random” message generator. I connected and asked for guidance regarding my topic, hit the button, and received this message. All of this is to say, this message feels immensely meaningful after having the “dream” I just had.
