"Don't let it go to your head." "They have a big head." In both of these instances, the words refer to a sense of self and not really the body part that sits above the neck, and we ask, "Why is this so?" For when the self-awareness is invested only in the thinking part of you and not the feeling-knowing part more associated with the heart, decisions and actions follow which are self-centered. What if you realized the true center of you is the heart-the space from which you know you are part of something greater that includes all beings? Why, then, you would not go to the head when you have a challenge; you would go to the heart. It will not lead you astray. Yes, the head is logical, but the heart is more able to understand situations from alternate perspectives. Have a big heart, why don't you?

You are so very loved.
